How we collect, use, and protect your data
Last Updated: August 29, 2026
SUMMARY:
We currently offer commercial services only in California. Our free research, publications, videos, and hackathon materials may be accessed globally. Selected private previews may be offered outside California by invitation for a limited time under a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) and separate written terms. No fee is charged by Us or paid by the participant for preview access. We collect minimal personal data to respond to inquiries, evaluate interest, provide approved preview access, maintain security, and operate the website. Please read the full policy below for details.
CALIFORNIA-ONLY COMMERCIAL SERVICES:
DLYog Lab Research Services LLC currently offers consulting, custom software development, licensing, and other commercial services only in California. An inquiry is non-binding and does not create a customer relationship, purchase, or guarantee of availability. Commercial engagements require a separate written agreement. If We expand commercial services outside California, We will update this Privacy Policy and clearly communicate the change.
GLOBAL PUBLIC RESEARCH & HACKATHON MATERIALS:
Our free research, publications, videos, open materials, and public hackathon or competition demonstrations may be accessed outside California. Access to those public materials does not constitute an offer of commercial services.
INVITATION-ONLY PRIVATE PREVIEWS:
At Our discretion, selected private previews may be made available outside California by invitation for a limited time under an NDA and separate written preview terms. No fee is charged by Us or paid by the participant for preview access, and neither party compensates the other for participating in the preview. A preview is experimental access for evaluation and feedback; it is not a general public offering, commercial engagement, employment relationship, or promise of future access.
